"CliffNotes Films -- The Fastest Way to Learn," a collaboration among Coalition Films, AOL, Mark Burnett, and Josh Faure-Brac, is launching with animated shorts -- each narrated by nerdy super hero Super Cliff who guides the audience through classic works.
For more than 50 years, students in need have turned to CliffsNotes for an organized, abridged way to learn faster and more efficiently. Now, as an extension to the yellow and black study guides, CliffsNotes Films reinvents the fastest way to learn with a new hip, irreverent, animated video series featuring Cliff. Come study the classics and leave with basic knowledge of the plots, themes, characters, and the confidence to pass the test.
The initiative brings video versions of CliffsNotes "by presenting classic works of fiction in humorous, irreverent, animated shorts that still manage to present the plots, characters and themes to the viewer," according to a statement -- "edutainment."
